What vaccines do you all give your puppies, and at what ages?

Since I am in an area of high traffic
I give the first vac at 5 weeks then again at 7 weeks
I suggest to people to follow their vets advice for the last 3 shots if they stay with me I do 9 11 and 13 weeks
This has worked very well for me and couple times i followed another vets adive and waited ..we regretted it....had a litter of setter pups get parvo at 6 weeks old...yes confirmed loss of half the litter to parvo
So I rather err on the side of caution do what has worked well on the pups but I also don't believe we need to near the shots/vaccines we do as adults kinda like getting measles vaccines every year for us...our bodies have built up anti bodies to it no longer needing boosters. which there are major studies which are proving this.

As Arlette mentioned a lot depends on where you live. I would discuss this with your vet. I had a friend several years ago that lived in an area with extremely high parvo outbreaks & they vaccinated weekly for parvo with their litters.
My last 2 litters they started at 6 weeks & I didn't include lepto with the 6 week shot. I also avoid giving multiple shots at the same visit. My last pup (that I got from a breeder) the vet wanted me to give a combo shot, corona, lepto, & rabies all in one visit & I was like um no I'm not going to do that.

Very true also about where you live
I live on a pheasant preserve so I am exposed to many different dogs via clients fr hunting and training dogs and we have coyotes every where here
Not to freak people out but Parvo is extremely easy to spread all it takes is for a carrier to come through and you step in the same spot and every where you step you spread parvo...It really comes down to the pups immune system what they have naturally and what Mom gives them via he milk...
So I do what I can to help stimulate the pups natural immune systems with the New Skete method and stimulation of the body from day 1 first as stress is the biggest reason a pup gets sick from everything from coccidia to even parvo even a stress out pup that has been given Parvo shots can subcomb to parvo if the system is stressed..So what I try to do is help the pups grow up eager and willling to check out new things
I also worm on the even weeks and vaccinate on the odd weeks as to not over load

Vaccination depends on the dams vaccination status, as well as the location and exposure you will have.
I have generally done 5 week Parvo only vaccination then follow with standard: 8 wk DHPP (Since many pups are under 10# higher risk to lepto reaction, the lepto is witheld at this time) 12wk DHLPP 16wk DHLPP 20 wk Rabies Or if planned export will do Rabies a few days after 12 wks DHLPP
I try to insure that there is a Parvo vaccination at 16 wks as this is one of the later periods where maternal AB's can finally wane. But if I know there are active Parvo cases in the area then I will also add a Parvo only at 20 wks for insurance for those still here.
